These terms apply when you buy and take part in The Anima Method 30-Day Challenge ("the challenge"), run by Serena Parisi, trading as Anima Serena, based in Barcelona, Spain ("I", "me"). Contact: kindform.therapy@gmail.com. By buying, you agree to them.
A 30-day, small-group program for neurodivergent adults, starting Monday 2 November 2026. It includes 30 short video lessons with worksheets, access to The Anima Method workbook, four live group calls (recorded), one private 1:1 call with me, and daily support in a private WhatsApp group. Group size is capped at 15.
The challenge is for education and personal growth. It is not therapy, counselling, diagnosis or medical advice, and it does not create a therapist-client relationship. It is not a substitute for care from a doctor or mental health professional. The WhatsApp group is not a crisis service and I cannot respond to emergencies. The price is EUR 247, paid once through Stripe. The price shown includes any taxes that apply. Prices shown as "total value" are an illustration of what each part is worth on its own, not prices you pay.
If the challenge is not right for you, email me within 7 days of the start date (or within 7 days of joining, if you join after it begins) and I will refund you in full. After that, payments are not refundable. This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have by law as a consumer, which it does not limit.
The workbook and videos are digital content delivered straight away. By buying, you agree to immediate access and acknowledge that this may affect any legal right of withdrawal for digital content, to the extent the law allows.
The workbook, videos and worksheets are for your personal use only. Please do not copy, resell, share or post them. All content remains my intellectual property.
If I need to reschedule a live call, I will tell you in the group, and the recording will be available. If I have to cancel the challenge, I will refund you in full.
I take care in preparing the challenge, but results cannot be guaranteed and everyone's experience is different. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for losses arising from your use of the materials. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
