Privacy policy

This explains how Serena Parisi, trading as Anima Serena, Barcelona, Spain ("I") handles your personal information. Contact: kindform.therapy@gmail.com.

What I collect

• When you buy: your name, email address and payment details, collected by Stripe. I never see or store your full card number.
• In the WhatsApp group: your phone number and name, which other members can see, plus anything you choose to share.
• When you book a call: your name, email and anything you write in the booking form.
• If you joined my email list: your email address and the free resource you asked for.
• Basic site data: standard technical information such as browser type, as logged by my hosting provider.

Why I use it

• To deliver the challenge, give you access and take payment (needed to perform our contract).
• To email you about the challenge and, if you opted in, about future offers (your consent, which you can withdraw any time).
• To meet tax and accounting duties (a legal obligation).

Sensitive information

You may share personal information about your health or neurodivergence in the group or on calls. That is entirely your choice, and I will only use it to support you in the challenge. Please remember other members can read what you post in the group.

Who it is shared with

Only the services needed to run the challenge, such as Stripe (payments), WhatsApp (group), my email provider, my booking tool and my website host. These providers may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards. I do not sell your data.

How long I keep it

Payment and invoice records are kept for as long as Spanish tax law requires. Other information is kept while it is useful for the challenge or until you ask me to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or move your data, object to or restrict how I use it, or withdraw consent at any time, by emailing kindform.therapy@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
